Before you start to drive on public roads you will need:

To be 17 years of age or older.

Have a Provisional Driving Licence - In order to get a Provisional Driving Licence you must send off two application forms: Form D1 and Form D750 which can be obtained from your local Post Office.

Driving lessons can be booked at any time either by clicking on the 'Book Now' button above or by calling us on 01665 606368.

To start lessons you must be in possession of a Provisional Driving Licence.

It is recommended that you have professional driving instruction but you may wish to have extra practice in another vehicle, this may be done provided you adhere to the following:

You are accompanied by someone who is at least 21 years of age and have held a full driving licence for at least three years. you display 'L' plates at the front and rear of the car.

You have insurance cover which entitles you to drive the car.

To gain a full driving licence you need to pass both your Theory and Practical Driving Tests.

You must pass your Theory Test before you can apply for your Practical Test (your instructor will the advise you when you are ready to sit your practical test).
